Yesterday we gathered with friends and family to give thanks. After we filled up on grandma’s turkey and knew our deviled eggs were a hit, we unbuttoned our jeans, found a place on the couch and began to think about how great our year has really been. While we are truly grateful for all of our clients, Ben and Jessica reminded us why we are grateful for southern romance.
Ben and Jessica were engaged in Yellowstone National Park. It was fitting for them since they both have a love for nature and the great outdoors. And while Jessica was hoping for a proposal, Ben was able to surprise her as he dropped to one knee. When they returned from their trip and began to plan their wedding day, they knew that they wanted to be married on Jessica’s family farm. It was only fitting that they chose to have their engagement photos taken there as well.
After photos on the farm with their pups and Jessica’s dad’s vintage truck, we made our way to the Flint River for a change of scenery. Ben and Jessica spend a lot of time on Ben’s boat, so including the water in their engagement session was perfect. As the sun set on the water, we witnessed pure magic between these two. The love between them was so alive and sweet. We cannot wait to see Ben and Jessica marry this spring. Until then, we will give thanks for this season in their lives.
