When we think back on the important moments of our lives, we remember the simple things. A look, a sound, maybe just a feeling that we experience in the moment. But the sum of those things create a memory that we carry in our hearts forever. For Jeanette and Allen, the small things in a friendship grew into a loving relationship which led them to a marriage beginning with a beautiful wedding.
We knew that Jeanette and Allen were going to be fun to work with when the told us where they would be getting married. New City Church is Macon’s newest venue, bringing a much desired industrial space to a traditionally southern town. Jeanette and Allen seamlessly tied in soft touches with the industrial setting, creating a fresh and creative vibe that perfectly complimented the couple.
There were many things that we loved about Jeanette and Allen’s wedding day-Jeanette being calm and cool all day long, bringing a peacefulness to what could be a very hectic day, a sweet first look between the bride and groom eager to get down the aisle, or Allen’s grandparents, who have been married for 63 years, but act like newlyweds. All of these things, these simple, quiet things, made for a day of memories that we loved. Thank you, Jeanette and Allen, for letting us be a part of those memories, we hope these photos serve as fun reminders of your perfect day!
How amazing is this mustang? It belongs to Allen’s grandfather who was so proud to let them use it on their wedding day!
New City Church definitely hits the mark for providing an industrial venue in Macon. Jeanette and Allen did an amazing job of bringing in fun touches to juxtapose the industrial tone.
Love the fall flowers against the navy bridesmaids gowns! They were a fresh pop of color that day!
Creative details. Jeanette and Allen both work on airplanes, so it made perfect sense to incorporate them into the decor of their reception.
How sweet is this ecstatic groom?!
Adorable (and delicious) cupcakes for guests. We loved the fun catering displays for Jeanette and Allen’s reception.
63 years of marriage and going strong! Allen’s grandparents were on cloud 9 celebrating Jeanette and Allen’s marriage!
= Paper airplane send of for the perfect couple!
Congratulations, Jeanette and Allen! We hope your love continues to reach new heights as you grow together!
